📋 A Strong Regional Showing
Twenty-five companies from Lee and Collier counties earned spots on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine's annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies, up from 22 local companies last year.
Rankings are based on revenue growth from 2022 through 2025. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent, with at least $100,000 in revenue in 2022 and at least $2 million in 2025. The 5,000 companies on this year's full list collectively generated more than $385 billion in revenue in 2025 and created 627,208 jobs over the past three years.
This year's No. 1 nationally, Main Street Health, a Nashville-based value-based healthcare company focused on rural America, achieved a 546,533% three-year growth rate. Southwest Florida's contingent covers a wide range of industries: software, food and beverage, real estate, financial services, construction, IT, healthcare, marketing, and consumer products.
🥇 The Regional Leader — A Naples First-Timer
The highest-ranking Southwest Florida company on the 2026 list is Convesio, a Naples-based software company that provides hosting, marketing automation, and integrated payment services on a single platform for online stores. Founded in 2018, Convesio appears on the Inc. 5000 for the first time, ranking No. 450 nationally with 769% revenue growth over three years.
CEO Tom Fanelli described the recognition as a measure of what the company's customers and team built together; growth at that pace only happens when the product actually works for the businesses running on it.

🌴 What the List Says About Southwest Florida's Business Economy
A few things stand out when you look at the full regional picture.
Naples dominates. Of the 25 companies on the list, 17 are based in Naples, more than two-thirds of the regional total. Lee County contributes five companies, and Bonita Springs and Estero add three more. The concentration of Naples companies confirms what the migration data and real estate numbers have been showing all year: Naples is attracting and retaining business talent at an increasing rate.
Food and beverage is punching above its weight. Three Southwest Florida food companies made the national list: Chomps at No. 484 with 709% growth; NutriFusion at No. 2,758 with 114%; and Cape Coral's Bones Coffee Company at No. 3,103 with 98%. That's a meaningful cluster for a region not traditionally associated with consumer food brands.
Real estate and financial services reflect the market. Three real estate companies on the list, Rentvine, Elite Auctions, and Call It Closed International Realty, and three financial services firms, Capital Wealth Advisors, Green Check, and Moran Wealth Management, reflect an economy where property and wealth management have become primary growth sectors alongside the traditional hospitality and construction industries.
Construction keeps growing. Three construction companies made the list, Mor Sports Group, Quality Enterprises USA, and Earth View, which aligns with NNN's coverage of the region's continued development pipeline. When you're covering $202 million financing packages and 2,000-home master-planned communities, the construction industry's appearance on a fastest-growing companies list makes complete sense.
Repeats and debuts. Some companies, Chomps, Rentvine, NutriFusion, Hilton Global Associates among them, are repeat appearances, demonstrating sustained growth rather than a single strong year. Convesio's debut at No. 450 is the region's highest first-time placement.
