We cross-checked current ratings, review volume and diner sentiment across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and OpenTable, along with official restaurant websites and trusted local dining sources. We also considered brunch-specific reputation, food quality and distinctiveness, atmosphere, longevity and whether each restaurant is currently operating and serving brunch.

Our pick for the best brunch in Naples is Sails Restaurant, particularly for a special occasion. For a more casual, food-first experience, The Rooster Food+Drink takes our No. 2 spot, while EJ's Bayfront Cafe is our favorite for a classic Naples waterfront brunch.

Now, here's why each one made the list.

If we're looking for the strongest combination of national recognition, verified diner reviews and a brunch experience that feels genuinely different from anything else in Naples, Sails gets the top spot.

OpenTable currently shows Sails at 4.9 stars from more than 4,700 verified diners, and in 2026 it was named one of OpenTable's Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in the United States for the second consecutive year. OpenTable says its national list was compiled using more than 10 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics.

And this is not your typical eggs-and-pancakes Sunday morning.

Sails' Champagne Brunch is a two-hour experience built around multiple courses, house-baked pastries, fresh seafood and unlimited Champagne, mimosas, selected wines, cocktails and fresh juices. Current pricing is $105 per person on Saturday and $129 on Sunday, plus tax and a 22% service charge.

The restaurant normally offers a Saturday 11:30 a.m. seating and Sunday seatings at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended and the experience is prepaid through OpenTable.

One important September 2026 note: Sails says it is currently undergoing a kitchen improvement project and plans to reopen October 1, 2026, so check availability before making plans.

The Rooster is almost the opposite of Sails — and that's precisely why it earns the No. 2 spot.

This is our pick for the person who cares more about what's coming out of the kitchen than whether the Champagne flute gets refilled.

The Rooster has built its reputation around hearty, Southern-influenced comfort food and a scratch-kitchen approach. Its profile received an additional national boost when the Naples restaurant was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

But television exposure isn't why it made our list.

Shrimp and grits, Benedicts, biscuits and substantial breakfast dishes dominate the conversation here. Because The Rooster operates as a breakfast-and-lunch restaurant rather than adding brunch to an otherwise dinner-focused menu once a week, this is central to what it does.

It's casual, unapologetically food-first and exactly the kind of place where you may find yourself talking about the biscuits long after breakfast is over.

If someone asked us for a classic, crowd-pleasing waterfront brunch in Naples without giving us any other instructions, EJ's would be one of the easiest recommendations on this list.

It's casual. It's at Bayfront. It's open every day. And the menu is broad enough that one person can order Crab Cake Benedict while someone else goes for pancakes, a skillet or a straightforward scramble.

EJ's has accumulated more than 1,000 TripAdvisor reviews while maintaining a rating in the mid-4s, alongside a strong Google profile. Its current menu backs up that brunch reputation with an extensive selection of Benedicts, scrambles and skillets.

The Crab Cake Benedict is the dish that immediately stands out: crab cakes, tomatoes, poached eggs and hollandaise over a grilled English muffin. There's also a smoked salmon Benedict, Bayfront Scramble and Chorizo Skillet.

Then there's the setting.

An outdoor table at Bayfront with the marina nearby feels unmistakably Naples without turning breakfast into a formal occasion. It's also one of the more approachable choices on our list for families and groups who don't all want the same type of brunch.

Jane's earns its place because a memorable brunch isn't always determined solely by what's on the plate.

The setting matters, too.

Tucked near Third Street South, Jane's outdoor courtyard — with greenery, umbrellas and its garden-like atmosphere — has become part of the reason people go. Brunch here can easily turn into a morning walking the shops and galleries around Old Naples and Third Street South.

Jane's review history is strong overall, particularly on Google and TripAdvisor, although Yelp sentiment runs somewhat lower. We think that's worth acknowledging. NNN Best Of isn't built by cherry-picking whichever platform gives a restaurant the highest score.

The menu has long leaned into the dishes people actually want at brunch: Benedicts, French toast, crepes, omelets and brunch cocktails. Lobster Benedict is one of the recurring standouts.

Jane's isn't No. 4 because it has the highest numerical rating in town. It's No. 4 because the food, location and atmosphere combine into one of Naples' most recognizable brunch experiences.

M Waterfront Grille has something that's difficult to ignore: more than 7,000 OpenTable diner reviews while maintaining a rating around 4.6 stars.

That's a serious sample size.

Located at The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, M pairs a more polished dining experience with waterfront views. The restaurant's current website confirms brunch every Saturday and Sunday, although we found conflicting brunch times among different sources. Rather than give you a time we're not completely confident in, check the restaurant's current brunch hours when making your reservation.

That's exactly the kind of discrepancy we look for when putting together NNN Best Of rankings.

M's contemporary menu leans toward fresh seafood, meats and seasonal ingredients, and its brunch program has included Benedicts, smoked salmon, breakfast dishes and its popular Bottomless Bubbles offering.

The distinction between M and EJ's is fairly simple.

EJ's is where we'd send you for a casual waterfront breakfast. M is where we'd send you for a slower, more polished weekend waterfront brunch in Naples.

If your ideal brunch leans more toward oysters and seafood towers than pancakes and syrup, The Claw Bar is where this list takes a turn.

Located inside Bellasera Hotel, The Claw Bar has built its identity around seafood, oysters, shellfish and a serious raw-bar program. Its OpenTable profile is particularly impressive, with more than 4,000 diner reviews and an overall rating in the upper 4s.

That review volume matters. It means we're not elevating a restaurant based on 50 glowing reviews or one viral Instagram Reel.

The Claw Bar combines an upscale seafood menu with a polished downtown Naples setting, making it a strong option when you want brunch to feel a little more like an occasion.

This isn't necessarily where we'd send someone searching for the least expensive eggs and toast in Naples.

It's where we'd send someone who says: “Give me seafood, cocktails and somewhere nice.”

The Dock gets the seventh spot for something no new restaurant can manufacture:

The Dock has been part of Naples since 1976, sitting directly on the water at Crayton Cove. And unlike restaurants where “brunch” simply means adding a few egg dishes to lunch, The Dock has a dedicated Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

The current brunch menu includes Crab Eggs Benedict, short rib hash, shakshuka, mushroom omelet and brioche French toast.

And yes, the Bloody Mary setup is real.

The restaurant currently advertises its “Famous 1976 Bloody Mary Bar,” where guests build their own Bloody Mary using the restaurant's longtime recipe and an assortment of garnishes.

The Dock also operates first come, first served, so don't arrive expecting a conventional reservation.

The ratings aren't as dominant across every platform as some restaurants higher on our list. But Best Of isn't simply an Excel spreadsheet sorted by star rating.

BrickTop's at Waterside Shops offers a polished American dining experience and an established Sunday brunch program.

The Local deserves consideration for diners looking for a farm-to-table approach, with a dedicated Sunday brunch and options for diners interested in organic, vegetarian and plant-forward dishes.

And Naples Brunch is one we're watching. Its early TripAdvisor ratings are impressive, but its total review sample remains substantially smaller than the restaurants that made our Top 7.

Three of our Top 7 stand out for waterfront settings: EJ's Bayfront Cafe, M Waterfront Grille and The Dock at Crayton Cove. EJ's is the most casual of the three, M Waterfront offers a more polished Venetian Bay experience, and The Dock combines waterfront dining with nearly 50 years of Naples history.

Our highest-ranked options in and around Old Naples include Sails Restaurant on Fifth Avenue South, Jane's Cafe on 3rd near Third Street South, The Claw Bar and The Dock at Crayton Cove.
